Apollo Model United Nations (AMUN) is a student-run conference that seeks to create and secure trans-cultural ties between passionate young leaders. By encouraging participants from all regions of the world to broaden their horizons through research and discussion in committee, it is the mission of Apollo MUN to deconstruct the barriers of ignorance and stigma that hold us apart. In these pursuits, Apollo MUN hopes to teach participants the importance of understanding and collaboration to solve the adversities that challenge us all. The conference itself hopes to cater to that very goal; Apollo MUN’s low-cost fees and generous financial aid program, as well as its open application to individuals of any age, race, geographical location, or income, works to ensure a diverse array of perspectives and opinions in-conference.
